A valid credit card, issued in the main driver’s name, must be presented to place a hold (pre-authorization) for the amount corresponding to the deductible.
An official ID, such as a passport or identity document, is required along with your driver’s license.
A valid driver’s license issued by your home country is required.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old.

Ask us a questionTo book on the website you pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer. The balance is paid at pick-up by credit card, debit, cash or bank transfer; or, if you prefer, you can pay the full amount by transfer. Separately, a credit card is requested at pick-up only as a security deposit.

Yes. In winter we deliver the vehicles with special tires for ice and snow. With care you can drive without problems. You can also request snow chains for extra safety in extreme cases.
Chains are only used in extreme cases, after heavy snowfall when more traction is needed to move forward. They must be fitted, used on snow, then removed and stored. Do not drive on tarmac with them on. Note that, if they are not fitted correctly, they can snap or come loose and damage part of the vehicle (wheel arches, fender liners, etc.).
When booking online the minimum rental is 3 days. If you book directly at our office or via WhatsApp, we can also arrange rentals of 1 or 2 days subject to availability. Message us and we’ll send you the rates.
All vehicles include full-coverage insurance. We also offer the option to reduce the excess (deductible) for a small additional daily fee.
Yes. We coordinate arrivals delivery so you collect the car as soon as you land, with no waiting time.
