This right is granted by Argentina’s Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240 (art. 34) and Civil and Commercial Code (arts. 1110 to 1116) for distance contracts.

• Deadline: 10 calendar days from the day you booked, as long as you have not picked up the vehicle yet.
• What we refund: everything you paid, through the same payment method and at no cost.
• How: fill in your details and send us the request on WhatsApp or by email. We reply within 24 hours with a code confirming your withdrawal.
